In early August, AASA asked senior executives and policy makers at member companies to share information about their planning and implementation of flexible work arrangements (FWA), also referred to as remote work policies. The goal was to find any uniformity among policies and provide benchmarks that member companies could use in forming their own policies.
AASA is providing this report to all AASA members as a reference point for the design and planning of your own policy.
