The MAP Virtual Summit provided a general overview in addition to the legal do’s and don’ts for those interested in learning more about MAP while also going deeper into case study’s and how to’s for those that are familiar with it but want to learn more before making a decision on whether or not to implement. The voice of the customer segment also helped provide answers to many of the “why or why not” concerns.
