The OAC’s Annual Global Reception Welcomes Growing Number of Visiting International Delegations to AAPEX
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The Overseas Automotive Council (OAC), a council of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), will host its annual Global Reception on Nov. 5 at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas, Nev. The evening provides a fun environment at AAPEX for international and domestic executives in the aftermarket export market to come together and celebrate the growing industry.
While the Global Reception already has earned its reputation as the premiere event for visiting international players, this year’s reception will host an even larger international audience. Delegations from Australia, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Honduras, Kuwait, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, South Africa and more already have confirmed their attendance for this year’s reception.
“The OAC and our sponsors are proud of the work we’ve done to facilitate meaningful connections between the international and domestic members of our growing industry,” said Ben Brucato, Senior Director of Engagement, AASA and Executive Director, OAC. “This year’s long list of visiting international delegations is a major achievement and speaks to the hard work the council does all year to build bridges within our industry.”
The 2019 OAC Global Reception is sponsored by Automechanika, DRiV, Elgin Industries, OEC Group, Temel Gaskets, Tracer Products, TRICO Group, Luber-finer, Gabriel, Gates Corporation, Herko Automotive, Melling Engine Parts, Onix, and TrakMotive.
