MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Welcomes Five Leaders to its Board of Directors and Elects New Leadership
Southfield, Michigan – MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers (MEMA OE Suppliers) is pleased to announce the election of five distinguished industry leaders to its board of directors for a three-year term beginning in 2025. The new board members are:
- Ben Barnett, President and COO, Principal Manufacturing Corporation
- April Diez, CEO, The Diez Group
- Bradley Ring, President and CEO, Americas, Webasto
- Jennifer Slater, President and CEO, STRATTEC Security Corporation
- Bruce Smith, Owner, Chairman, and CEO, Detroit Manufacturing Systems (DMS)
In addition to welcoming new board members, MEMA OE Suppliers is proud to announce its board leadership for 2025:
- Board Chair: John Coll, Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, Sales, and Services, Allison Transmission
- Board Vice Chair: Mike Alcala, Vice Chairman and CEO Emeritus, GNS North America
MEMA OE Suppliers expresses its gratitude to Martin Fischer, who served as board chair in 2024, vice chair from 2022 to 2023, and as a board member since 2021. Fischer is stepping down to focus on his role as Deputy CEO of global supplier Forvia. His leadership was instrumental in shaping the organization’s strategic direction in recent years.
