MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Appoints Meghan MacDonald as New Vice President, OE Member Content

Southfield, MI, Feb. 13, 2025 – MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers is pleased to announce the appointment of Meghan MacDonald as Vice President, OE Member Content. In this role, MacDonald will help shape a multi-year strategic roadmap and oversee MEMA OE Supplier programming. Meghan’s experience will further strengthen the MEMA OE Suppliers mission of championing and advancing the business interests of vehicle suppliers.
With fourteen years of experience in business development, marketing strategy, corporate communications and organizational transformation, MacDonald is a dynamic and results-driven executive. A proven leader in high-stakes environments, she specializes in driving growth, leading cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Her expertise spans strategy, change management, communications and stakeholder engagement, making her a trusted advisor in shaping organizational direction.

MacDonald previously served as director of marketing business strategy and communications for the power solutions division of Bosch, where she spearheaded high-impact marketing strategies that drove profitability and competitive positioning. Within Bosch, she also served as chief of staff in its Office of the President, where she played a pivotal role in corporate strategy, post-acquisition merger business integration projects and crisis management. She also led regional digital transformation efforts across North America, shaping leadership development programs and the democratization of digital tools.
MacDonald holds a master's degree in business administration from Walsh College and a bachelor's degree in marketing and international management from Oakland University. With a track record of success in driving business transformation, MacDonald continues to shape the future of the mobility industry at the highest levels.
