MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Names Sara Kaderly Director of Programming and Remanufacturing Lead

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers is pleased to announce that Sara Kaderly has joined as director of programming and remanufacturing lead. In this role, Kaderly will lead the remanufacturing initiatives for the association, including oversight of the Council of Remanufacturing Excellence (CoRE) and the Remanufacturing Roadshow and Annual Conference. She will also manage the Business Technology Council and play a key role in the success of the MEMA Aftermarket Technology Conference.

Kaderly brings more than 17 years of experience in sales and marketing to her new role, having previously served as director of sales and marketing at NewStream Enterprises, an SRC Holdings Company. During her tenure at NewStream, Kaderly worked closely with manufacturing and remanufacturing OEMs and suppliers, driving strategic growth and customer-focused initiatives. Her expertise in project leadership and deep understanding of the aftermarket makes her a valuable addition to the MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers team.

Kaderly earned a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Drury University in Springfield, Mo.
