Ahead of the Curve: Meet MEMA OE Suppliers Programming Team New Hires

We are excited to welcome two new members to the MEMA OE Suppliers Programming team; Lauren Sobecki, Manager of Event Programming and Simone Vaughn, Manager of Council Administration and Member Services. Our new members will support the stewardship and the development of our MEMA OE Suppliers programming efforts.

Lauren Sobecki:

Lauren is our Manager of Event Programming. Lauren supports the VP of Programming, Ginger Juncker, to take programming from the ideation phase through the completion of the event including speaker interface, programming content, strategy, and more. She joined MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers team in December 2023.

Simone Vaughn:

Simone is our Manager of Council Administration and Member Services. She was welcomed to the MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers team in early December 2023. Simone is the council administrator of several of our councils and will work alongside Keiyania Mann to create and maintain council database reports and support our members.
